Materials: The Brain (Head): A vintage clear-cased electrical relay with copper solenoids and contact points. The Core (Torso): An authentic "Fine Service Brand" vintage metal tin (likely originally for typewriter ribbons or patch kits). The Controls: A front-mounted metal potentiometer (volume control knob) with a three-pronged terminal. The Limbs (Arms): Heavy-duty industrial toggle switches with black rubberized tips, mounted to layered mahogany plywood blocks. The Chassis (Legs): * Threaded steel bolts and compression springs. Mismatched industrial spacers and aluminum collars. Heavy-grade zinc hex nuts (Feet). The Base: A textured copper-toned mounting plate.

Style: Mid-Century Industrial / Retro-Futurism / Steampunk

Origin: Born in the cluttered corner of a 1946 airfield hangar, Finn wasn't built on an assembly line. He was assembled by a weary lead mechanic named "Pop" who needed a way to keep track of spare cotter pins and radio frequencies. Pop used an old typewriter ribbon tin for the body and a salvaged radio relay for the head, hoping the robot would "think" as fast as the signals passing through it. While Finn never actually learned to fly the planes he helped maintain, he became the hangar's mascot—always standing by to provide "Fine Service" and a steady hand (or switch) whenever a pilot needed a lucky charm before takeoff.
